The Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a 24 week school. There are two phases to the school. Phase One is an amazing 12 weeks of lectures that will bring revelation of God and what it is to know Him, while equipping you for our second phase - the Outreach Phase. During the first phase you will hear from dynamic teachers from all over the world while getting a chance to hang out here in the beautiful Whitsundays.

DTS topics will cover how to hear the voice of God, know Him and His nature, ministering in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, world missions, and many others that will excite you about Jesus!

After all that amazing teaching and impartation, Phase Two begins and the DTS heads out to some of our exciting outreach locations to share all that Good News for the next 10 to 12 weeks. Our staff will take you out to the nations where you will have some incredible opportunities to minister, try some adventurous foods, be around some amazing cultures, and have lots of fun.

When the DTS is over you too can have those really cool missionary stories that everyone likes to hear. Then you can choose to continue working with YWAM as a missionary, continue your training with YWAM anywhere in the world, or you can pursue whatever dreams you have reaching out into many areas in society.
