Life, perspective, challenge, growth, opportunity, openness, anticipation, hopes, application, uncertainties, and faith. Some of the things I have been thinking about as this New Year has begun. Each day truly is a gift from God where He gives us the grace to live and know Him more. Each day is filled with fresh opportunity for Him to speak to us and the potential that each of our lives have.
If these opportunities are there everyday than why do I miss them so often? One answer, my perspective and view of who God is is dull and incomplete. If I believed that God's character is fresh and "new every morning" than I might look for what God would say to me throughout each day instead of letting it slip by.
For all you surfers and bodyboarders out there. A great opportunity for you this year to get to know God's charcater more is to come and do the Surfers DTS in April.
The exciting new opportunity to be had for our outreach this year will take us to places we have not been and approach other places in ways we have not yet tried. We are pioneering some new ideas and we want you to be a part of it. Dont miss it!
