YWAM Whitsunday is located in Airlie Beach of northern Queensland. Airlie Beach is a gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and to the Whitsunday Islands, making it a very popular travel destination for people from all over the world.
Our base culture is about exalting Jesus and letting our passion for him be contagious. We serve an exciting and passionate God! We want the world to know about Him through various ministries.
Our local outreaches include Schoolies, Backpacker Ministries, and Youth Ministry. Our overseas focus is amongst unreached regions of the world, taking the Gospel to people who have never heard of Jesus. Ministry focus overseas is Evangelism, Bible Distribution, Training and Discipleship.
