Welcome to the registration page for the YWAM National Leaders Meeting! Please find below the dates and conference details.Were you planning to register for the YWAM Marine Reach Global Summit as well? Good News! You can register for both at the same time! Please find below the dates and details.

YWAM Australia National Leaders Meeting

Dates: November 1st thru 5th. 

We ask that you arrive a day early.

NLM Participant fees:

Adult: $120 (Cost includes conference fees and all meals.)

Children:

Under 2: $25 (Cost includes all meals and onsite childcare for morning sessions only.)

Years 2-6: $70 (Cost includes all meals and childcare activities for morning sessions only for onsite and outings, including Maze Mania and games.)

Years 7+: $150 (Cost includes all meals, all-day care with activities like Billabong Sanctuary, Magnetic Island, Reef HQ, waterpark and much more.)

There is a non-refundable $25 deposit and this price does not include accommodation (see next page).

YWAM Marine Reach Global Summit

Dates: October 23rd thru 25th.

We ask that you please arrive a day early.

Summit Participant fees:

Adult: $120 (Cost includes conference fees and all meals.)

Children -

Under 2: $15 (Cost includes all meals and onsite childcare for morning sessions only.)

Years 2-6: $42 (Cost includes all meals and childcare activities for morning sessions only for onsite and outings)

Years 7+: $90 (Cost includes all meals and all-day care activities onsite and outings)

There is a non-refundable $25 deposit and this price does not include accommodation (see next page).

NLM Accommodation Options

During your stay with us, we would like to provide the best possible accommodation for you.  However, limited accommodation is available in each category, so bookings will be taken on a first-registered basis.

In order to secure a place, all registrations and non refundable deposits must be received prior to 1st October. After this date we are unable to guarantee accommodation.

The cost for accommodation is listed per night/per person as follows:

·   Tent $0

BYO tent and all sleeping gear, showers are available)

·   Budget $7 per person/per night 

Budget accommodation: shared room on base/on ship/at billets (BYO linen or hire for one off fee of $15 per person, children stay free of charge)

·   Cabin $35 per person/per night

Ensuite cabin, based 4 people per cabin

·   Hotel $60 per person/per night

Hotel twin share
